Oloyede said;

“If we somehow happened to publicize for the 300 openings, we wouldn’t have the option to meet what we wanted them for. I point out your the letter we kept in touch with the office (FCC). That was the period we had around 12 to 13 focuses coming ready and we expected to man them.”

Responding to this, Director of the board, Yusuf Adamu Gagdi said waivers were being manhandled and being utilized to deny qualified Nigerians chances to land positions.

He said;

“For what reason did you decide to apply for a waiver when you are enrolling 300 and the law says provided that the number is under 100? For what reason did you involve a waiver for the enrollment of more than 300 staff?

You utilized 300 staff without commercial. That is illegal. It duped great many Nigerians that ought to be offered equivalent chance as far as the business interaction.”
