According to Naija Latest Gist, PEPT rejected the petitions of Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar on Wednesday and confirmed President Bola Tinubu’s victory in the 2023 election.

Numerous Nigerians and political elites have had conflicting reactions to the verdict, with some claiming that the judiciary was compromised.

Seyi stated in an Instagram post that those who attempt to protest or destroy properties in Lagos State are harmed by the final verdict.

He penned: If they burn you, just light matches in the name of rage near Lagos properties. Go ahead and tell you.

DJ Gosporella, a Nigerian gospel singer and former international disc jockey, issued a warning to Seyi in response to the post, stating that no LP supporter would desire violence but rather a better Nigeria based on justifiable foundations.

He penned: Seyi, what kind of person would want to do that? Protected property is not destroyed. The Obidients want a justifiable foundation for a better Nigeria for everyone. You realize it would have been an alternate case in the event that the tables were convoluted. But once more, everyone has the right to their own opinion. Although Nigeria will not burn, something has changed, and we will all be able to see it. Seyi wrote in response to the singer, “God bless Nigeria.” Sir, @djgosporella, only individuals want better for Nigeria. It is utter nonsense. Stop it now, abeg. I repeat, no one. Nobody I’ve ever met is more Nigerian patriotic than I am. A personal conviction that I am willing to fight for with my life is the basis for my decision to vote in Tinubu. I will constructively criticize him and support him strongly without fear.

“No man is a messiah for someone else.” None. I can’t be insulted and abused carelessly by people who don’t care about my family. Under Tinubu, I know that Nigeria will make huge strides. I won’t be intimidated into submission by anyone in the name of the authorities. Let God decide if I was paid to support Tinubu, but if I did so out of genuine belief in his capacity to improve Nigeria, may God help me become better and Nigeria become greater.”
