Chelsea have already made one signing for the summer before the sanctions even came in.
With the current situation meaning they cannot sign any new players at the moment, there is definitely one new player arriving at Stamford Bridge this summer.
Of course, there will be more joining Mason Burstow when the new owners are in place, but young striker has kicked his last ball for Charlton Athletic, who he stayed on loan at this season after signing for Chelsea in the winter.
He penned a heartfelt goodbye to the fans today ahead of moving to Chelsea properly this summer.
